Avoid these two business models. 

I know it sounds nice, and you are attracted to the final destination, but the beauty is in the journey.

Few simple rules so you don't get pulled over!

• Do not deviate from the contracting procedure, regardless of the business. If you do not have a contracting process, you must draft one.  
• You don't make contracts without investigating the partner. The larger the contract or the greater the risk to your company, the more thorough the investigation needs to be.
• The contract is often not a sufficient guarantee. Advance payment, installment payment, promissory notes, and letters of credit are better guarantees than the written word.  
• Be wary of too-good deals with unusual risk/reward ratios, as they can hide big pitfalls.
